I was raised near Fall Creek Falls in Eastern Tn. I came to FHU in 2001 where I earned a BA, MA, and MDiv. I later completed the ThM and PhD from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. My doctoral work is in Systematic Theology with an emphasis on Christology and the incarnation.
My wife Jessie and I were married in 2005. We have three children (Sophie, Timmy, and Evie).
