Jeff has committed the rest of his life to encouraging preachers and elders around the world through the work of The Jenkins Institute. After the passing of his wife he stepped away from local church work, having preached for the Lewisville church of Christ for 17.5 years. . He has been preaching for more than forty-five years. He is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, for which he currently serves on the Board of Trustees. He also serves on the World Bible School Board and the Lads-to-Leaders Board of Directors. Jeff is blessed to be involved in many gospel meetings and lectureships. He is co-founder and co-director of The Jenkins Institute. Jeff has two children, Amanda Jenkins Scott and Jeremy Jenkins. He is greatly enjoying their three grandchildren.
